The room carpet was stinking and kind of sticky. AC was not so powerful and safe was not working. Restaurant food is nice but has limited menu. Rated 3 stars for hospitality and great location.

Great, hotel close to the city center and the breakfast with many options, there are some points that they have to improve but in Valparaiso i think Diego de Almagro is on the top of the hill
