The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. The cat - lilly was the highlight of the reception.
Cons The kitchen staff were sloooow and unattentive. The pancake machine was either empty or malfunctioning most times. Very minimal effort from kitchen staff to make sure the spread is filled again or to attend to customers.

It is a very central hotel to all the tourist attractions. Staff were very eager to help and very friendly. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable.
