Historic hotel but disappointing

Cons Had to stay in adjacent building. Had to drag our own luggage. People who worked there not knowledgeable about area. Dining room was closed. Breakfast did not start until 9. Parking expensive.
Will be back, and park elsewhere!

Cons The valet parking. Very handy, and polite and professional. But daylight robbery.

One night "stay-cay"
Came in from SA for 1 night. Appreciated the 2 hour early arrival accommodation. Even though the "valet parking" was a little pricey, it was very convenient. One suggestion, and this is not a deal breaker, is to keep the designated handicapped spot just that. Your valet attendant left our car in a convenient spot so we were never put out. However , this may affect someone else in the future. The food was delicious for breakfast - the pool was refreshing.
Enjoyed every aspect of our stay!
Gorgeous property, well maintained, room was spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. I appreciated the wonderful pillows and linens used on the beds.
Cons That there was only a valet option to park.
