Hotel Emma is a magnificent, do-not-miss destination in San Antonio!
Staff was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Petra the head concierge went out of her way to make my stay special. Michael the hotel car driver was also extremely kind and his service was great! the entire hotel is architecturally stunning. Location in the pearl district was perfect!
Cons Personally, although the available coffee-on-request service was interesting, I would really have liked a coffee service in room (or even a hot kettle with coffee/tea options) for those late night or very early morning "needs".
I will never be back
Cons They put me in a room next to a World Cup watching party that went late with loud music. The risotto was awful--tasted like stomach acid. The bottled water did not taste good. When I checked out I have never NOT been asked "how was your stay"?
