Cons We checked in. Unpacked stuff. Left our valuable in the open and left for lunch. When we came back there was a basket of fruits put on the coffee table that wasn't there before. We were shocked to realize that someone entered our room while we were away. We asked the reception and they said that our staff can enter the rooms after koncking three times and if nobody asnwers. This is a blatant violation of privacy as somebody might be sleeping, using toilet, enjoying music on their headphones or doing something else and may not realize at all that somebody knocked on the door. We told the reception strictly that nobody is allowed to enter our room unless we tell them to. They said ok. They next day samething happened. We complained again and they provided the same answer that it's their policy. The problem is that bookings.com doesn't state such policy and neither does the paper that the hotel asked us to sign on when checking in. So they are making the policies out of thin air about the things that suit them. This is a horrible experience for me. I have also lodged a complaint on booking.com customer service and no response received in more than 24 hours. And I am not the only one with this complaint. I've seen google reviews of people complaining about the same issue. I would escalate this issue even further than just leaving this review here.

Yes it was good service and I liked the stay . I liked their breakfast and service .
