Superb Hotel & Staff.
The Staff were Superb. They greeted you with a smile on arrival, they were courteous, kind & full of knowledge. The staff gave us recommendations for some excellent restaurants , they also gave us details of Metro lines to each attraction we were visiting. Breakfast was 10 /10, delicious. The decor of hotel, bedrooms & bathroom, excellent. We will certainly return to this hotel again.

La hall e la sala colazione sono carine e accoglienti. Molti locali per mangiare qualcosa anche a tarda notte. Stazione del metro comoda.
Cons La camera era microscopica! E nonostante un recente restyling non aveva un'aria molto moderna, forse a causa delle dimensioni anguste. Soffitto basso, affaccio interno, odore di moquette, nessuna insonorizzazione, nessuno spazio per le valigie. La colazione era continentale standard, ma c'erano moscerini sul buffet, che non era tenuto molto pulito e in ordine. Non valeva di certo il prezzo, ma non ci tornerei nemmeno per metà della cifra che ho pagato.
Hotel molto bello ed accogliente. Posizione ottima, receptionists (in particolare Diana) gentilissime e professionali. Staff giovane e competente. Ritornerei senza dubbio, è stata una bella scoperta

A equipe é fantastica. Todos eles. Muito gentis e atenciosos. A recepção é linda e a localização é perfeita. Otimo cafe da manha. Para quem quer ficar no 9, é uma excelente opção.
Cons Acho que o sistema de ter que ir no -1 (local do cafe) para reabastecer as aguas não é muito comodo. Isso devia ser reposto com a limpeza diaria. O fato dos taxis e Ubers nao poderem encostar na frente do hotel é pessimo para quem esta com muita bagagem como nós.
