The location is excellent and staff can be friendly, but rooms have serious maintenance issues. Expect dirty walls, broken locks, malfunctioning AC, thin windows, uncomfortable beds, and bathroom problems like rusted faucets and water pooling on floors. Some guests had good stays while others faced frustration getting room changes.
