Good location in downtown Guadalajara, and staff is friendly when they cooperate. Rooms have serious problems: dirty walls, broken locks, uncomfortable beds, malfunctioning AC, thin windows that let in noise, and bathrooms flood when you shower. Maintenance doesn't fix issues quickly.
