The staff was great
Location cleanliness
Cons Nothing, good hotel
La comodidad y los servicios que proporcionaba
Cons El internet era muy lento
Value-Cost not good at alll
Room size was good but the bed and pillows were too soft
Cons The hotel did not respect my Booking, com reservation so I had to re-book when I arrived and lost my free breakfast benefit There is a phone in the room, but it was disconnected... I did all the effort of moving night table and connecting but it did not work so room service was not an option and I had to go the restaurant myself and find out most of what I wanted for dinner was not available There is a pool, but it is cold all year cause "is not really that kind of hotel, is more of a business hotel" It's not that close to tourist attractions
Loved the vibe close to so much culture
Walkable to historic district
Cons Leaving oaxaca is a special place
