Neglect client's requests.

The perfect hotel before but this time !!!

Cons The first time stayed in hotel five years ago was perfect however this time the room was hot like hell no aircon working and the staff allocated us the new room after several times of complaints so our family including infant suffered the heat untill 11 pm since we checked in. my mom's room floor and walls were really wet like water was dripping off but no action taken by the hotel staff after several complains expect wiping floor so she had to live in wet room. after two days of staying in wet room, she ended up really sick.

Warm friendly boutique style hotel with great staff that is fantastic value.for money!

Fantastic value for money. Stylish hotel with very helpful and welcoming efficient staff.. The bar and restaurant has a wonderful ambience where it's easy to spend several hours comfortably. The food is of great quality and is renowned in Yangon for being first class.

A great base to explore Yangon.

A very nice and friendly hotel - a good base to explore Yangon. Just outside the noise and bustle of the main area, but only a 5-10 minute safe walk to shopping malls etc. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful, especially for anyone visiting Myanmar for the first time. Rooms are very clean and modern. Air-conditioning. Filtered water from a machine on each floor. Nice bar and restaurant/

Cons Restaurant plays music far too loud, especially during the day. That's it

The location, between Sule-Pagoda and Schwedagonpagoda, the beds are very good, all is very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Tiri Noe, she speaks good English!
