Cons More attention to the influx of guests checking in by reception team. A more vocal approach or attention to who is next rather than guests working out who is next to be served amongst themselves.
We’ve stayed here many times but this time I found the room to be smelly from the drains, there was dead bugs/flies

Cons The hotel is looking a little dated in the decor. The reduced price for pre booking breakfast buffet is a good idea but management could also use this to have more staff rostered on for the Sunday buffet breakfast when they know numbers to be high. Several items ran out during my breakfast visit on Sunday and took a while to replace . The outside pool is smaller than it appears in the photo but is very well heated. It has very good safety features to prevent unattended children from using it . Good hotel to stay in if attending any entertainment in Adelaide
