Great location, clean and comfortable, yummy breakfast but cold spa and pricey parking.

I always love how central and convenient this hotel is located. Breakfast was included in my stay which made the value for accommodation very affordable, as well as yummy with a automatic coffee machine instead of just instant. I asked to be on the highest floor possible with a view and they did that, which was great.

Cons As this has been my go to stay when visiting Adelaide for many years, I have noticed the parking continues to creep up. It now being $30 per day feels a little pricey, especially when I stayed three nights this stay - it adds up quickly. The pillows felt worn out and flat, maybe time for a bit of a refresh in some of those little things. The spa felt quite cold, which was quite disappointing - came back to the hotel looking forward to relaxing in evening and it was too cold to stay for long.

Cons Das Personal an der Rezeption hätte freundlicher sein können. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen

The facilities were lovely.. I would probably have the grout in the shower cleaned better, but that's me being picky. Everything else was on point. Variety of teas and the coffee was yum. The shampoo/ conditioner was so lovely that I've actually bought some 😉

Cons Very hard bed and pillows and bedside lights although they had a usb connection were very low so difficult to read by.
