There are very minor things, which can be improved and that will definitely increase your rating. 1. Please fumigate your property properly, so many insects are noticed. 2. More focus on cleanliness. 3. Your staff needs more training. 4. Little maintenance in rooms and washrooms is required.
Cons Insects roaming around all the way in property.
