Great place to stay in Saigon. Would book again.

Clean. Comfy bed. Reasonable sized room. Good AC. Nice breakfast, but quite busy at all times (for breakfast only). Staff lovely. Location great. Clean surroundings. Fancy area - Gucci, Louis Vuitton shops nearby.

Good food friendly staff in heritage surroundings.

There was a wide range of food for breakfast catering for all tastes. The location of the hotel was very convenient for all the major sites in the city and the staff were very efficient, helpful and professional. Their friendly attitude extended throughout the hotel including the roof bar and restaurant where we enjoyed drinks and freshly cooked food. The bedroom was spacious and the housekeeping staff maintained it to a high standard.

Cons It may be an idea to put a copy of the food menu in the bedroom information pack. Some of the bedroom decor is tired but keeping on top of the rooms must be difficult.

We enjoyed our stay at The Grand Saigon and loved the breakfast.

I liked the position of the property. The rooms were big and very clean. I also liked the pool at the property.

Cons We were staying at the property again as a stopover from Copenhagen on our way home to Melbourne. We were arriving at the property at approximately 6am and Asked what the cost of an early checkout would be. We were told that the cost would be a full day cost which I felt was expensive seeing we were only checking in 7 hours early which is not even half a day.
