Stayed total 9 nights. Returning again in March for 4th repeat stay. Thats proof enough there’s everything to like about the hotel.

We loved Hotel Groove. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of all of the nightlife, close to the train station and surrounded by restaurants . The view from the rooms is amazing. The rooms were also spacious

Location was great and right in the central of Shinjuku. Our room was lovely and spacious with nice bathroom. Amazing views of the city. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The bar had amazing drinks!

Perfect place to stay in the Shinjuku neighborhood- clean, quiet, and awesome views of the city
The location was perfect and close to the train station so you could easily travel anywhere in the city. The hotel was quiet, the views were amazing and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Favourite hotel in Tokyo. Extended our stay with more nights
Cons Minor grouch. So far with over 5nights stay, only required one single room cleaning. So when requested for extra coffee, only one coffee sachet given. Hotel could have been more generous. Otherwise housekeeping has been excellent.
