The hotel offers 4* facilities at 3* prices, right in the centre of Jinnah Supermarket. Although there are many cheaper options nearby, its range of facilities (including round-the-clock service) makes it a good value option. Staff are helpful and courteous, rooms are spacious and clean, the wifi works very well, the breakfast buffet is decent. While there are many popular restaurants within a short walk's distance, for a no-fuss meal their restaurant offers a serviceable mix of Chinese, Pakistani and continental dishes.

Cons The rooms can be a bit stuffy and the windows are sealed shut. An extractor fan in the bathroom would help. The main issue is their automated message asking for payment by bank transfer one evening before arrival. This is inconvenient and possibly expensive for overseas guests. It is also unnecessary given that credit card details are taken on Booking.com at the time of booking. Admittedly, when pressed on this message, they replied saying to ignore it, but then why is it being sent?

Cons Property is badly managed. Light circuit broke in our room, but wasn’t repaired. Only one towel was provided for two guests and it was smelly. Complimentary breakfast was stale and poor quality
