Cons didn’t get to use the revolving door, THERES NO PARKING literally you have to pay to park I’ve never had that kind of experience, my room didn’t look like the room I booked, the best thing in the room was the bathroom. Had a bad check in experience, people coming in yelling about being charged after they cancelled a booking, someone literally pooped in the only working elevator to get me to my floor. I was disappointed because I only seen good reviews about hotel indigo and I thought I’d have a better stay. Breakfast isn’t included you have to have a breakfast add on when you book, they also charged me an extra $200 holding fee that I personally wasn’t aware of. Even when I called to let them know I’d be arriving late, the woman I spoke with told me I’d only have to pay the difference. So communication wasn’t ideal. It was sprung on me when I got there & I drove 6 1/2 hours so I just wanted to lay down & everything was stopping me from doing that. They offer $60/night valet parking but I feel like paying $500 for this room with the view of a dirty parking garage, I shouldn’t have to pay for parking but I get it.
