Beautiful modern hotel in the city centre. Very good position to visit the town. Silent rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. Clean.
Sound proofing is amazing. The hotel is located at the busiest walking street but I couldn’t hear a thing. Also the black out curtain is amazing, it was really dark and I couldn’t get a good sleep.
Cons In my room it wasn’t able to open a window. The ventilation and AC worked great so it wasn’t an issue but it might be uncomfortable if staying longer than a couple of nights.

Excellent hotel with great location and supreme and friendly staff.
Cons There was a serious water shortage in Belgrade's old city center during my stay, but the hotel resolved the problem. I was transferred to the Crowne Plaza Belgrade by IHG at no extra cost. I would like to highlight the competence and special attention of the hotel employee named Srdjan, who arranged everything and even called a taxi to take me to the new hotel.
