Cons The property was great. The only issue is the metal grates on the street from road work and any time a vehicle rolls over it you can hear it around the corner 10 stories up. The city isn't doing this property or the Westin across the street with their temporary fixes.
The hotel was very clean. The staff was super friendly and the downtown location was great!

Beautiful property. Location was great.
Cons The fridge was off and unplugged and we did not realize it until we got back from our concert and our leftovers from dinner were smelling.
