I really wish the room couch would have been nicer without being so dirty

The staff was amazing very nice and welcoming.

Cons Inside my room was a couch it was extremely dirty the hand rest was peeling it was full of stains we weren’t able to sit and enjoy the view we did feel disgusted just y looking at it.

I was not satisfied with my room, I went to the front desk and Mr. Guissefe & Jesus made sure within minutes I was in another room and very satisfied. Even gave small comp on food. I love the hotel, three staff and customer service is definitely 5*

Odlična lokacija, dobar pristup, prostran hotelski lobby, veliki broj brzih liftova.

Cons Doručak je jako loš. Meni je jako ograničen i unaprijed definiran (ne možeš npr. naručit dva jaja i malo pancete jer takve stavke nema u meniju), čeka se dugo, naplaćuje se svaka stavka, čak i sok od naranče iako je u rezervaciji doručak uključen u cijenu. Kvaliteta hrane također je loša, koriste se začini koji nisu istaknuti u meniju. Soba je bila prostrana, ali loše čišćena. Nekakva sofa pored kreveta je bila toliko prljava da nismo ni prtlagu htjeli nasloniti. Prvi dan smo imali leglo mravi u kupaonici. Drugi dan se začepio zahod, kanalizacija je izlazila u tuš kabini. Obavijestili smo recepciju, problem je riješen, ali nitko se nije ni ispričao...

Metropole Restaurant Staff

This review is mainly for the Metropole Bar + Kitchen within the hotel. Standouts are the manager Raymond Ramirez and servers Nancy and Daniel. Their customer service and hospitality were outstanding as we ate there a few nights. The food was good and fresh. The staff is so friendly and made our stay enjoyable.

Amazing restaurant with the best staff

The Metropole Bar and Kitchen on site was phenomenal, incredibly friendly and welcoming staff and the food was amazing. Nancy is the best! Can’t wait to come back.
