Hotel Intercontinental Cali
Staff and restaurant food are genuinely good, but rooms have broken showers, outdated furniture and fixtures from the 1980s-2000s, malfunctioning plugs, and weak AC.

Aunque s un edificio antiguo. Es bueno pero falta mejorar calidad habitaciones
Ubicación
Cons Las llaves de ducha y lavamanos no funcionan bien
Reasonable priced
Convenient as the group designate this hotel as meeting point
Cons It take too long to get hot water in the bathroom. I suspect there is cross flow between hot and cold water line
Algo complicada
La limpieza y la decoración
Cons No hicieron mi cuarto, no había toallas suficientes ni secadora de cabello.
We loved everything including the area but the rooms are in need of updating.
Restaurants, breakfast, spa and pool area and the staff was very helpful.
Cons The room was dated, beds were not comfortable and the room was small.
A Cali icon, well used by locals and travellers alike
Staff. Location. San Antonio, El Peñon, the Cali river walkway within walking distance, all offering a good choice of restaurants, shops, bars and salsa bars. Elegant, spacious hotel by the river. Live music at the weekends on the terrace overlooking the pool, a lovely way to spend an evening or two. Waiting staff extremely professional and courteous. Best empanadas in town. A very comfortable, secure, base while exploring a very underrated and exciting city. An oasis in the heart of Cali.
Cons Busy front desk, a warmer greeting would have been appreciated upon arrival but in the end the staff were wonderful. Very helpful. Friendly. professional. Fewer bees and bird life as garden has been developed since the eighties so more insect friendly flowers could be planted. Nothing else.
