Hotel Magnolia Santiago de Chile

Staff treat guests well but the rooms disappoint. Expect tired furnishings, poor soundproofing from street noise, weak blackout blinds, and a glass bathroom with no privacy. WiFi doesn't work and there's a persistent odd smell. The hotel also moved one guest's reservation without warning.
