Hotel Merida, Yucatan

The lobby looks nice but the rooms are old and poorly maintained. Expect broken AC, thin walls with street noise, broken TVs, one working outlet, dirty sheets, and uncomfortable beds. Staff is kind but the hotel doesn't honor reservations and won't refund when rooms don't work.
