Room Was clean and beautiful. We did not use the breakfast room.
Cons Staff was very friendly but seemingly uninformed about when their beach side restaurant would be open ( we planned an evening dinner on the beach only to find it closed). Also, WiFi information was only at the front desk not in the room(curious). But unfortunately above all there was noisy construction drilling with large equipment the three events we weee there which started at 8-9pm going to almost midnight. Very poor planning.

Cons Que nunca nos informaron que habría una construcción justo enfrente de nuestra habitación hasta las 2:30 de la madrugada. No pudimos dormir en una habitación de más de €200 la noche.

The location is amazing. Very welcoming and attentive staff. The room I stayed in was very good size and comfort wise. It just needs minor renovations. It was very clean.

The location was perfect…near the flower market which offered a selection of good restaurants and only one block from the beach.
Cons For a 4 star we were disappointed that the room did not have wine glasses although mini bar was stocked with champagne etc. We requested twin beds which were confirmed but not made up when we arrived. No mattress covers on beds. Shame about construction just outside our window. Plus our room was not a renovated premium but a superior double as advertised.
