Hotel Nikko Guam

Rooms are old and dirty with mold smell and stained furniture. Staff are genuinely friendly but hotel policies frustrate guests, like forcing walks downstairs for water. Beach access and breakfast are good, but cleaning standards and maintenance don't match the $200+ nightly price.
