A very clean hotel with excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and outstanding hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel One Jinnah Islamabad. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Mehrab Nabi, who served breakfast every morning with a warm smile and outstanding hospitality. We were also very grateful to be upgraded from a twin room to a comfortable suite, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons The only small disappointment was that we were charged for a few snacks from the minibar when checking out. We had assumed they were complimentary for guests. Apart from this minor issue, everything else was outstanding.

Very nice hotel neat and clean environment. Surely will come again. Must stay here highly recommended.

Cons Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like—everything about the stay was perfect. From the service to the facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t change a thing.
