Cons Odadan ayrilirken yeni aldigim terliklerim odada kalmis, 1 saat sonra geri dondugumde kimse ilgilenmedi ve terliklerim orda kaldi geri alamadim.

Alla fine un buon soggiorno.

Bella struttura,carina la spa,buon ristorante e ottima la colazione a buffet, a breve distanza dal centro con una passeggiata di 20 minuti si arriva al ponte di pietra.

Cons La vista della suite posta al primo piano è decisamente brutta, sopra un bar ristorante rumoroso di sera e un deposito materiali abbastanza sporco e disordinato, dove i camerieri venivano continuamente a fumare tanto da dar fastidio se ci si trova in terrazza.La suite era grandissima ma senza wifi, ho chiesto aiuto per far funzionare la mia smart tv ma le persone che venivano ad aiutarmi erano semplici operai manutentori, incompetenti, nn ho potuto vedere nessuna delle 2 TV della camera per tre giorni di soggiorno. Alla fine del soggiorno mi sono dimenticato un telecomando all'interno della camera n.109, chiamato subito perche sarei ritornato in hotel a prenderlo, richiesto, mandato messaggi, mail, niente da fare, anche se sicuramente il telecomando è ancora dentro la camera, loro probabilmente non si sono ancora resi conto che uno dei telecomandi è mio, non loro, difficile relazionarsi con personale.

It was an unpleasant stay because of the facilities that were not what we would have expected

We had a room with a nice view, we arrived 30mins earlier and they checked us in

Cons It was very dirty, a lot of dust, it was not well maintained, AC was not working properly and breakfast was very poor. We forgot our sons pacifier on the table and came back after 5 min and they said they threw it away. The playground was also very dirty.

Large room, good facilities, good breakfast.

Cons The hotel position is near the main stadium, almost connected with one of the standings. Nothing wrong with it apart from its peculiarity. I imagine that during a game day, it becomes pretty uncomfortable to access it and to relax. But obviously these are just speculations. On a different note at 7h10, 10 min after opening, 120 people were at breakfast (some tourists groups). All good, but the replenishment of the food never arrived. If 150 guests were all the hotel had that day, you still need to cater for the rest of 30. Or?
