We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij dit hotel. Het a la carte menu in de ochtend tijdens het ontbijt en the pianist bij het ontbijt, maakte dit een heel fijn verblijf.

Incredible 5 Star Experience - we will be back

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved this hotel — we will definitely be back! We had such a fantastic stay here and honestly didn’t want to leave! The pool and spa facilities are incredible, and the hotel has its own beach so you just need to get a lift to the lower ground floor to access . The beach is pebbled, so beach shoes are recommended. My Mum has mobility issues and this hotel was excellent for her. It was easy for her to get around, and the accessibility made such a difference to our stay. There was also nightly entertainment on the balcony, which was lovely. The breakfast was absolutely superb — and you can even have Mimosas for breakfast if you fancy it! 🥂 The gym was perfect, with daily fitness classes, multiple saunas, a steam room and jacuzzi. There really is everything you need. All of the staff were fantastic and so helpful throughout our stay, from housekeeping to reception. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but Romano was incredibly friendly and attentive at breakfast, while Karla and Rosario were exceptionally kind and helpful at reception. Everyone we encountered throughout the hotel was wonderful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The staff genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special, and their warmth, professionalism and attention to detail greatly enhanced our overall experience. We originally booked a Seaview Room for 2 + 1, but we loved it so much that we decided to stay an extra night. We were then incredibly lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade to a V Level suite (I think it was a suite!) with a huge balcony. The V Level was such a lovely bonus, with complimentary food and drinks and access to the V Lounge for an hour in the evening. You can also use the private lounge during the day, which was fantastic. There are restaurants and bars within about a 5-minute walk, through the park at the front of the hotel, which is perfect if you don’t want to head into town every night. We genuinely couldn’t fault our stay.
