Cons En el check in el trato que nos dio de bienvenida el sr.Daniel Mosquite no fue el mejor deberia tratar al turismo con mas amabilidad no me fui del hotel porque no devuelven el dinero la segunda vez que lo vimos igual la manera que se comporta no fue la mejor no lo veo apto para tratar al huesped como se debe tratar y así regresar siempre al mismo hotel yo me paso cada mes en Conzumel y no regreso mas al hotel Plaza para no tener que toparme mas con esta persona.

Cons Durch die Nähe zu den Restaurants ist es sehr laut nachts. Bis ca. 1 Uhr nachts wird man lautstark beschallt.

The hotel is big enough but still cozy and feels like home! Seniora Amelia at the reception was very kind and friendly! Everything we needed or asked she helped us. In general, the staff at the hotel are very welcoming and helpful! The room was big enough, the wifi worked well, and the pressure in the bathroom was good. Breakfast is really worth it, it's not a buffet, you order and they cook for you immediately so it is fresh and hot and tasty. The pool is great! Bottom line - definitely recommend!
