Cons جميع مافي الفندق كان سيئ حجزي غرف مطلع على البحيره وتم تغيرها الى غرف مطله على المسبح ولم يتم تعويضي ولا الاعتذار ولا تعامل جيد منهم للاسف رحله لان اكررها

Cons Geneva in general is very expensive for comfortable lakeside hotels. So I shouldn't have been surprised by the price... and I chose to book, of course. Also, when requesting to recharge our hybrid we were met with practical disbelief which I found odd for a 5 star hotel. It was done in the end but we seemed to be the first people who ever asked for this?
The Trees Had the Best Lake View.
Magnificent lake views and an excellent location, but service felt distant and impersonal (wxcept Soumyo who was warm) ..y hospitality
Cons Early check-in proved elusive, late was hustled , the lake view was partially obscured, and basic amenities were missing. Prestigious address, but lacking the warmth of true luxury

in the room the television was very old , brekfast was good , location good , but comparing with theier service price was too high
