Sleeping in an Art Gallery.
The art. It was like sleeping in an art gallery. The staff was amazing! It's now my favorite hotel in Tijuana. I absolutely love the Koi fish.
Cons I admit it. No windows in the rooms. But everything else made up for it.
I didn't like the attitude of the new receptionist, that prohibited to enter into my room.

Good location and service
The staff was very friendly from front desk to the restaurant and bar attendant. The room was clean. Also the jacuzzi was perfect.
Cons The bed wasn't as comfortable as I expected it. And there was noises that you could hear from the rooms adjacent. But you could not hear the outside traffic, four public.
