The grounds and outdoor areas are beautiful with lots of activities, but rooms and indoor spaces need work. Cleanliness is inconsistent - some guests report dirty cabins, black toilet water, and hair in food. Staff are friendly, but at this price point the place doesn't deliver the quality you're paying for.
