I would come again.

I loved the beach access. I also liked maintenance and clean up, they cleaned up the rooms. I also liked the food and the staff.

Cons The drinks weren’t atrong and really sugary. The floors in the lobby smelled like sour water and I saw it was because they weren’t changing the mop water.

It was a nice experience but I will try another one next time

It was very clean the suite was nice

Cons Tv didn’t work one elevator no room service and villa was far for me walking while pregnant also you didn’t have access to the other properties on the resort unless you paid to come over

El hotel era cómodo, limpio, los restaurantes tenían mucha variedad de comida, habían muchos bares

Cons A las 6 pm ya no te dejaban estar en la piscina ni en la playa, uno está de vacaciones y lo que menos quiere es dejar de disfrutar temprano ojalá mejoren eso, los shows dejaban mucho que desear siento que les falta dirigirlos a otro tipo de público ya que todo era muy americano, la música de la discoteca era siempre para americanos y ojalá fuera más variada teniendo en cuenta que también cuentan con público latino. El check in fue muy lento y dado que nadie en recepción entiende español se hizo más largo.

Cons I didn't like the fact that there was no room service. There also was no transport to rooms that were not close to the lobby. I didn't like that at most of the restaurants reservations had to be made.

The breakfast was great. Location was good for us. We got a lot of steps in during our stay.

Cons Our room safe did not work. Our toilet intermittently ran for no reason. Maintenance could not fix the safe and did not address the toilet.
