A localização e elegancia do hotel.
Cons Senti falta de um bar mais agradável para o pré e pos dinner. o bar existe mas é acanhado para o hotel. Um dos restaurantes não estava funcionando e não conseguimos reserva para jantar no único fine dining que estava em funcionamento. Creio que os hóspedes do hotel deveriam ter prioridade.

Cons THE STAFF WAS GREAT , BUT I THINK THAT IT WILL BE NICE AND MORE FRIENDLY TO KNOW THE NAME OF THE STAFF. IN EVERY OTHER HOTELS THE STAFF HAVE A BADGE WITH THEIR NAMES.
