Великолепный сервис и сам отель

Обслуживание, персонал очень вежливый. Консьерж великолепный - мужчина из Словении (к сожалению, не запомнила имя) очень помог. Другой консьерж поприветствовал меня по имени, когда я заходила в отель после долгой прогулки, предложил бесплатный чай с угощением, когда я пришла забрать багаж и дождаться такси. Прекрасный спа. Номер был очень классный. В общем за эту цену - отель просто великолепный. Очень много приятных мелочей, которые были продуманы и доставили удовольствие (шоколад, письмо от руки, аромат в номере, вежливость)

Séjour exceptionnel

Superbe hôtel élégant à la décoration raffinée. Le propriétaire a une très belle collection de Roy Lichtenstein qu'il partage avec plaisir avec ses hôtes. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les musées de Vienne, tout en étant très proche du centre historique. Un personnel aux petits soins, avec un remerciement particulier à Daniel qui a su être prévenant pendant tout notre séjour. Chambres très confortables. Petits déjeuners très soignés. Petit plus : café servi gracieusement en chambre toute la journée.

I would stay here again. The hotel is lovely

The hotel staff were lovely as was our room. Love the location for a more quiet less hectic area not far from the chaos of town and sites. They provided us with a lovely boxed snack for our very early 4:00 a.m. checkout to the airport.

Cons Had dinner our last night in their restaurant. I would say it was good but not great. My son ordered the fish but it was a tiny portion.

Amazing stay in a wonderful hotel

Excellent location, with wonderful rooms and staff. Marcel on the front desk was very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants. The room was beautiful with excellent furnishings.
