Hotel & Spa Doña Urraca

Rooms are clean and comfortable with good beds and pool views, but showers run lukewarm and the hotel has serious security flaws with master keys that open all rooms. Staff are friendly despite language barriers, though spa service is disorganized and management is dismissive when problems arise.
