As a Lawyer and business man , it was Exceptional Hospitality and a Memorable Stay in Sarajevo for pleasure. My stay was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel offers an excellent location, elegant and modern surroundings, impeccable cleanliness, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. The Junior Suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable, making my final stay in Sarajevo truly memorable. What impressed me most, however, was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. A very special thank-you to [Nikolina], the wonderful receptionist who kindly upgraded my reservation to a Junior Suite. Her thoughtful gesture, gracious welcome, and genuine attention to guest satisfaction reflected hospitality at its very best. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and left me with a wonderful final impression of Sarajevo. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and truly exceptional service.

Cons Everything without any hesitation..

Very relaxing in a good location.

Nice modern property , large rooms , excellent breakfast . Lifts to upper floors are very quick

Cons Would be good to be shown to the room on first arrival.

Lovely hotel in a good location, but the food needs improvement.

The hotel is lovely and the location is good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Cons My only disappointment was the food, which did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel improves its standard.
