Great staff and we are looking to always visit that hotel whenever we come to Bosnia.
Second year back at same hotel, very clean snd friendly staff.
Cons In bathroom the drain seemed clogged and water would not drain for a while. Maybe unclogging the drains in the rooms would fix the concern
Cons On the breakfast was a small confusion in organisation with food delivery
Hospitality of the staff cleaning the rooms, the staff in the kitchen and the restaurant. The SPA center is excellent.
Cons The smell in the rooms and corridors has died down. It's as if the air in them doesn't change.
