Hotel Ticuán

Comfort and convenience

Room was clean, bright and quiet. Enjoyed buffet breakfast with attentive staff. Convenient location for a walking exploration of downtown. Would recommend and will book again.

If you are on the wrong side of the hotel, forget your sleep on weekends.

The hotel in a great location because it is close to DT where there are a lot of bars, restaurants and clubs. The property is a bit outdated in terms of facilities, decor and style. The cleaning personnel was very kind and accommodating.

Cons It is right next to Las Pulgas, so on the weekends if you have a room on that side of the building forget about being able to sleep. Music from the club is loud and can be clearly heard inside the room and on Saturday night the windows were shaking from how loud it was. We had to leave at 4am because it was impossible to sleep. The jacuzzi in the room was not great and when we activated the jets a horrible smell came out, like sewage. Probably it hasn’t been used in a while and we decided not to use it, although it was the reason why I booked the room in the first place. The personnel at the lobby didn’t look very accommodating and every request felt like they were annoyed by it, which is not great.

Cons Excelent

Very pleasing, easy service when checking in and the service was excellent.

The staff and facilities are next to excellent. Was very pleased about the breakfast and service.

Cons Nothing to dislike.

Wife and I enjoy stay at that hotel. It is only feet away from the strip. and from the clubs

Cons The hotel is beautiful inside and out the only downfall is the staff members, not all of them, but the majority see that they’re unhappy to be there you ask him a question and the answer with sarcasm
