Cons Soggiorno vergognoso. Questo hotel ha 5 stelle solo perché si trova a Manaus dove non ha competizione. Se venisse paragonato a un vero 5 stelle nel mondo, ne avrebbe a malapena 2. Servizio clienti inesistente. Non hanno la benché minima idea di come si tratti un ospite, zero formazione, zero empatia, zero problem solving. Risposte assurde, come se il problema non fosse mai loro. Sono totalmente fuori dal mondo e fuori da qualsiasi regola base dell’ospitalità Per quello che si paga è una presa in giro. Direi vergognosi. Non ci tornerò mai più e sconsiglio a chiunque abbia viaggiato un minimo e sappia cosa significa davvero un servizio a 5 stelle. MN
