Cons went ahead with the booking as the booking confirmed breakfast included clearly - when we went to the breakfast room the next day the hotel employee said we would be charged 19 euros each as the reception told him that we only booked room . Went to reception and showed the screen shot of the booking which clearly showed the breakfast included the manager ( unpleasant unprofessional woman ) said that no way was the breakfast included and that booking.com made the mistake and i should discuss this issue with booking.com - on that note we checked out - We are the innocent party in this confusion - surely the hotel should be gracious and allocate the breakfast as per the confirmation and then discuss any issues with booking.com not embarrass the client
