Cons Certaines personnes du personnel ne se donnaient pas vraiment la peine d’expliquer les choses. Le déjeuné était inclus et personne n’explique que l’eau gazeuse est payante ce qui ne m’est jamais arrivé dans un 5*. Nous avions le déjeuné pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants mais nous ont donné les cartes pour 3 adultes 1 enfant et majorité le prix. Si je n’avais pas posé la question la sur facturation aurait était faite pour tout mon séjour.

Professional and friendly service.

The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. We had a health-related issue just before our arrival; the people on duty were very attentive to our needs and arranged for complimentary private transport to a medical center. As for the facilities and amenities, we were fully satisfied. The bed was the most comfortable that I ever slept in. The room was cleaned and restocked on a regular basis. We were very impressed by the restaurants and rooftop pool. We highly recommend Hotel X for the quality of the accommodation, but moreover, for the professionalism of those who work there.

Perfect weekend!

The staff was beyond friendly anf helpful. Speaking with each one I felt like I've known them my whole life. The amenities are above my expectations. They had a small art gallery screening room, movie theater, spa, free local car service and more.

Cons Honestly only the towels, they were a little scratchy but otherwise this was an amazing hotel experience
