We loved this hotel and would gladly come back

Every staff member was exceptional. Every request I made when booking was honored. The locational is amazing.

Cons Carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult and there was not enough electrical outlets near the desk.

Cons L’insonorisation inexistante, vous allez entendre les portes claquer tout le temps, si vous êtes au RDC bon courage car c’est l’endroit de passage pour l’ascenseur et en plus c’est ouvert sur l’accueil ! La chambre est très petite, le lit inconfortable (matelas qui rebondit dès que le partenaire bouge), compliqué d’ouvrir la fenêtre, la clim fait un bruit d’enfer… impossible aussi d’utiliser la TV, l’image saccade et Netflix/prime vidéo etc ça ne charge pas! C’est passable pour une nuit mais le niveau de confort est très décevant.

Cons As soon as I arrived, there was a huge skinny staircase leading up to the property with doors opening outwards, this requires helping people with their bags! Especially international tourists. The young guy at the desk just watched me struggle with my bags and not once did he offer to help. Just kind of looked away????? I then complained that the bath wouldn't drain in the bathroom, the person at the front desk said they'd deal with it by the time I'm back. I came back that evening to discover the issue had not been resolved. Turns out that the maintenace guy had been sent to the wrong room? At no point did he come back and go 'hmm that wasn't the correct room, maybe we should try other rooms or call the guest?' No that would be silly. Nor the fact that housekeeping went into my room, tidied everything, and again, didn't note that the bath was full and cold in the middle of the day with no one about. Eventually they gave me access to a second room so that I could shower. On my last day there was a totally different guy on the desk and he went out of his way to offer to help me with my bags. Also the room is so tiny it's literally just a bed. There isn't even a fridge in the room.

Loved being located in the old city. Being able to walk the boardwalk, around the shops and restaurants was so wonderful. Staff members were kind and extra helpful. The setting made for a perfect stay.

Cons Really can't think of anything we didn't like.

Beautiful location!

Loved the location - couldn’t have been better! The room was a little dated but it was clean and sufficient. You won’t get upgrades like a big box hotel in a cute building like this.

Cons We picked this because parking was available but they had a limited number of valet spots. When we got there they were full and so we had to find our own overnight parking which ended up being a 20 minute walk away on the long weekend. Not their fault but more a heads up to folks to arrive early to secure a spot!
