Rooms are comfortable with good views and heated bathroom floors, but expect noise from outside at night and families with screaming kids in hallways and pool areas.

Cons Front Desk staff were polite and helpful, however, they did not charge my correct credit card even after I specifically requested it. Other than that they were great. Polite and professional.

Cons Las escaleras de la entrada del hotel y los pasillos largos y laberínticos. Si tuviera que quedarme más de dos o tres días, miraría otras opciones. El parking es con aparcacoches (valvet) y no hay opciones alternativas cercanas.

Great spot to enjoy old town Quebec City
The location is great, there are lots of shops and restaurants right downstairs. It’s also just a short stroll from the Fairmount hotel which is the big chateau and the waterfront. It’s modern inside and the pool and spa area is perfect for my young kids to have a break from the busy old town and to spend time before or after dinner. It has a sauna and a cold plunge tub too. The changing room is very nice with a good shower (better than the one in the hotel room).
Cons Our room is facing the pedestrian street with all the shops and restaurants. We were on the 5th floor so we could hear the noise faintly. It might be noisy if the room is on a lower floor. It will be good to add a swimsuit spinner in the changing room.
Comfortable, clean and convenient location.
Location is amazing, the gym and pool area is very good. Gym well equipped but pool a little cold. Rooms good, many have quirky shapes. Staff were attentive and friendly.
Cons The 23 steps you have to use every time you go in and out. A iPod clock radio dates the rooms! It’s not like a regular hotel some facilities and rooms a little odd. The policy of collecting a deposit from your card on arrival and posting the cost of items in the room should you take them. This implies no trust in guests and that they consider all guest will take the umbrella, laundry bag, glasses, pillows and duvet! No bar area.
