Cons O secador de cabelo não liga na tomada do banheiro e não tem um espelho em frente ao local onde ele liga. Algo pequeno que traz um incômodo chato pro hóspede.
It was such a modern, clean and all around exceptional hotel. We would definitely recommend! It was in the heart of everything, so perfect location.
Cons It was a bit disappointing that the rooftop was closed but we still enjoyed nonetheless.
Convenient Location
comfortable room that was right off the main street in Champs Elysses. Easy to get to and from the shops. It was just off the beaten path that made getting a taxi/bolt/uber super easy.
Great experience for a visit in Paris
An outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was beautiful, the location perfect but what truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, attentive and professional. You could genuinely feel the strong team spirit among them. Especially the breakfast staff gave us a very pleasant start into the day and reminded me a lot of my time as a student when I worked at a hotel part-time. Great energy between all team members to make sure that their guests have an enjoyable time. That’s something that you sometimes miss when staying at other 5 star hotels and can make the atmosphere unfamilial and stiff. M. Guidetti, the Chief concierge, is the Alpha and Omega for a lot of guests and is doing a fantastic job, very well prepared and meticulous. Thank you all for a great stay!

Perfect Paris hotel
This hotel is perfect, it is steps away from the arc du triumph, restaurants cafés, shops and the main street of champs elysees. The rooms were spacious for our family of five with space for all our luggages, the beds were comfortable, showers and bathtub were a great size. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was amazing fresh fruits,fresh breads and croissants , hot food such as pancakes , crepes, scrambled eggs and bacon and coffee made to your liking. This hotel was a positive part of our family trip in Paris and we will definitely return and highly recommend!
