Nice property for a holiday

Very nice property with kind staff. The hotel is located at 10 min walk from the closest beach, or at 5 minutes drive from a better beach. The area is new built, some new hotels will appear next year, but there are no issues with noise or dust. The breakfast is very good, they make efforts to propose every day something different. The rooms are nice, big, with view on the swimming pool, some rooms on the higher floor might have also some sea view.

Cons La actitud del personal, especialmente de recepción,se ve que no les gustamos los españoles,como vamos de vacaciones no a invadir no somos bien atendidos,

Location is very close to the beach, swimming pool was nice and warm, lifeguard (Mohamed)around all the time for the kid’s safety and he was very nice with the kids, the pool is not busy and sunbeds always available, you can get as many towels as you need for the pool any time Staff in reception very nice and friendly Food in the restaurant and room service was very tasty and reasonably priced Room very good size, suite was almost like an apartment , the hotel in general and the rooms were very clean

Cons Drain smell in the toilet, complained about it twice, technician was sent immediately both time , but the smell only went away for few hours both times, The biggest issue for me was that I have asked about having an iron and was told yes before travelling However when I asked for one, I was told they only have 5 irons for the whole hotel, when I finally got one they rang me to take it for another guest, this also happened twice The bed was very big which is nice but for me the mattress was hard and not comfortable, but this could be personal preference
