An otherwise pleasant stay ruined by inappropriate use of guest info.
Location and the hotel has nice amenities.
Cons A day after we checked out, a member of the front desk who helped us during checkout, Anthony Jayamanne, looked me up on socials. There was nothing outstanding on the room account, and no reason for staff to be searching for guests outside of the booking itself. I don't believe it was an appropriate use of guest information and I would expect more professionalism from a brand like Hyatt Centric. I privately messaged the hotel on the 20th August about this, via booking.com and while the customer service chat said someone would get back to me in 24 hours, no one has yet responded.
Good value for $159 per night, comfortable.
Modern and rates is good. Restaurant on 25th floor is excellent and love the coziness
Cons Toilet paper need to be at least 2ply and missing soap dish. Restaurant disappointed closed at 3pm on Sunday as hoping to relax for a drink there.
Great location, with amazing staff and great facilities
The location is amazing, the staff are fantastic, and they always go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Out of all the hotels, it is one of the most comfortable hotels with great pillows that I have stayed in around Australia
