Cons having arrived off a cross Atlantic flight and undergone a gruelling public transport passage from JFK to the hotel we were greeted with possibly the least friendly and welcoming reception staff I have ever experienced

Great for my purpose of right at Grand Central. This was a business trip.

The room was a nice size and clean. Very spacious for a NYC hotel. Bobby at the bell stand is very friendly. Staff at the front desk could be friendlier at check in.

Cons Extra fees are excessive. Free water bottle in the room would be nice for over $500/night. Paying to store luggage is annoying.
