great location and a great hotel layout

Cons The hotel is not staffed well. They typically run a small crew with many tasks.

Good location but there are other hotel options in the area.

Midtown location is very convenient.

Cons The breakfast offerings were unappetizing. Dry powdered eggs, one lone breakfast sausage directly on the counter (no hot plate or serving plate), Styrofoam bowls, plastic utensils, etc. The orange juice tasted soapy (probably from the plastic cups). After having breakfast in the hotel the first morning, we chose to dine elsewhere the following two days. Also, we asked to have our room cleaned on the second day but when we returned later, we found that housekeeping never showed up. We didn't have any clean towels and had to ask the front desk to bring these later. Front desk staff were not the most attentive. When my spouse found a brooch in the parking lot and wanted bring this to 'lost and found', the person at the front desk was engrossed in whatever was on the computer screen and completely ignored us until we had to interrupt her to get our attention. We were quite disappointed in the overall service.

Convenient and nice they had an airport shuttle

Cons It was not well kept - stains in carpet and didn’t feel clean. Thankfully we didn’t see drain until morning or Might not have slept at all. Didn’t feel I could even tell front desk as we checked out because they didn’t seem to care at all.
