Convenient and nice they had an airport shuttle
Cons It was not well kept - stains in carpet and didn’t feel clean. Thankfully we didn’t see drain until morning or Might not have slept at all. Didn’t feel I could even tell front desk as we checked out because they didn’t seem to care at all.
Staff were very professional they were not part of my concerns
Carpet stains and torn carpet in rooom . No shampoo in shower . Price very high for what we got in return . We stay at the five star fairmont in Vancouver at a lot less money

Cons We stayed in room 324 and the lock on the door when we left the room would not completely lock.
Great hotel, great location, very sweet and kind staff.
The staff/management was very accommodating for our group of 18 people which also included their willingness/ability to meet our travel/flight cancellation/changes etc which was very helpful to get our people what they needed to have a great time while in Alaska, I am personally very appreciative of us all.
large and clean room
The hotel is an 8-minute drive from the airport. The room seemed to be newer and was large and clean. Breakfast area could be organized more efficiently.
