Hyatt Place Dallas/Park Central

Was expecting more for the money spent - might have been a good value at one time, but not now.

Cons No AC in the lobby/breakfast area (Staff had both fans turned toward them) Mildew in shower Was not informed at check-in that room would not be cleaned (followed in-room instructions for new towels, but no fresh towels; no fresh coffee cups; etc.) When we were ready to check out, the elevator would not operate correctly (issue resolved later that morning, but forced us to rush back to check out).

The location was very convenient to the hiway

Cons The a/c seemed to not work in the lobby and hallways, the faucet had a very slow drip

Good place to stay for the weekend.

Not too far from everything. 30/35 mins from ATT Stadium. Close enough to downtown. Clean and quiet. Rooms very spacious.

Cons Not a lot of parking but the staff was nice and helped me to make sure I parked properly and not get towed.

We had a blast and slept comfortably

The location, the large rooms and the staff.

Cons Had to change rooms as the first on had no lighting. Lack of proper operations of the elevators, one was not operational and the other was slow and stopped on un selected floors. Breakfast was a mess!
