Hyatt Place Edmonton-West

We checked out Edmonton on our way through.

Comfortable and clean in a section of the city that has lots of hotels.

Cons The Hyatt policy is a $100 charge for a pet for a stay up to four nights. We are not returning to Hyatt for any short term stays because of this - that amount is excessive for one night. Also this particular property does not have a lot of walking area around the neighbourhood with our dog.

Cons Відсутність одіяла для третьої особи, але в номері було тепло, не хотів торбувати персонал готелю по 23 год вечора.

Cons I’m vegan I was told - the chef - was making me a vegan omelette the first morning . What he brought out was a microwaved just egg product that I can buy from superstore. It’s small and tasteless. I was shocked . No vegan cheese … no bread . Nothing And a very small hash brown beside it I love to eat I have a healthy appetite. Was super duper disappointed that I could not enjoy breakfast with my husband and breakfast was to be included. So I was not able to eat .

Great location would return to this hotel when in Edmonton NW

Rooms very spacious and clean with comfortable beds large shower stalls and the staff are very helpful and friendly

Cons Continental breakfast was decent could use improvement

Cons Paying $10 extra for a top floor room only to hear the roof top units humming all the time. Great if you want background noise not so much if you paid extra for quiet
