Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a great location. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. The hotel's convenient location near major landmarks and the excellent breakfast buffet made my stay truly exceptional. We had an amazing time from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to the front desk team for making us feel so welcome. The food was fresh, the property was well-maintained, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!"

Terrible customer service.

We had a terribly stay because of an employee named Raul who works in the restaurant/bar area in the evening at night. He was extremely rude to us so we told his boss, Rosa. This made things worst and he then started giving us dirty looks every night during our week long stay. Rosa never spoke to us again to follow up, she and Raul were terrible. If you are staying with your family, please go to another hotel.
