Cons No parking available which the staff lied about and I ended up having to pay 2 separate parking fees for the same night. And the manager was the rudest worst staff member I've ever seen working in a hotel. Also first room they gave us had a broken bathroom door. The sling glass door on a bathroom is the worst thing I've ever seen and gives you no privacy while in the bathroom.
Great choice in many ways (but bring your shower shoes!)
Great location for proximity to UCSF.. beautiful walk along bay to get there (or quick uber!). Staff so friendly/helpful. Decent breakfast included, coffee better than expected. Comfy bed. Nice layout in bathroom with towel rack in shower- nice touch, and towels were thick and soft (pet peeve of mine for hotel stays!)
Cons Room almost perfect.. but I have to mention the shower tile. Folks, you need to clean that grout better or replace it! I stayed in 3 different rooms over several weeks and all had different levels of moldy grout. So bad in 2 that I showered standing on a hand towel!
